The school environment determines capacity.

There is no per-student licence cap. The number of simultaneous candidates the school can support depends on the complete environment.

School server

A suitable school-managed server hosts the application and database for authorised local access.

Local network

A reliable router, switches, cabling or approved wireless design connects examination devices to the server.

Candidate devices

The number and condition of computers or tablets determine how many students can sit at the same time.

Stable power

UPS, inverter or another suitable backup-power arrangement helps protect the examination session and school equipment.

School administrator

A trained staff member coordinates users, examinations and the school’s day-to-day operating process.

Security infrastructure

Security starts with a controlled school environment.

Testify combines application controls with a school-managed deployment. The final configuration should reflect the school’s devices, network, credential process and operational responsibilities.

School-controlled access boundary

Staff and students connect through the school-managed application while the database is not exposed directly to the public internet.

Protected local connections

The deployment supports HTTPS configuration. Installations using real data should use a certificate trusted by the school’s authorised devices.

Backup and change readiness

Backup ownership, recovery checks and controlled update windows should be agreed before live examinations.

A practical implementation sequence.

A technical assessment comes before a final infrastructure and implementation recommendation.

  1. 01

Assess the school’s existing server, network, devices and backup power.

  2. 02

Agree the required infrastructure, configuration and implementation scope.

  3. 03

Prepare and configure the school-managed environment.

  4. 04

    Train the responsible staff team.

  5. 05

Run a controlled rehearsal before the first live examination.

Software and infrastructure are priced separately.

Published prices cover the software licence. Hardware and infrastructure are assessed and priced separately.

Existing facilities may be suitable

Schools with suitable equipment may only need the Testify licence and the implementation services agreed in their quotation.

Additional equipment is school-specific

A server or upgrade, network equipment, cabling, candidate devices and backup-power equipment may be required after assessment.
